No Nonsense, Fixed Price Projects

Our business is aimed at established organizations and funded startups. We charge a setup fee to create your custom interface.  We bid this work at a fixed price usually in a range of $ 5,000 to $ 20,000 depending on the complexity of your project. 

At the end of the project, our prices are consistently lower than traditional custom software developers or the total cost of purchasing, adapting and installing an off-the-shelf solution.

We host your application on our servers for monthly charges as low as $ 100.00 per month eliminating a major expense of purchasing and installing the server on your site.

Server-Technology can also execute large projects with complex databases, workflows and user interfaces on a time and materials basis. Our technology and processes can scale to large industry with hundreds of simultaneous users. While each project is different, we are confident our bids are always more than competitive.

More Details

Predictability is important as well as cost. Cost overruns are all too common, so we bid complex projects in two stages, each with a fixed price. The first stage generates a detailed specification and usually costs around 20% of the total project cost. The second stage is also fixed price, protecting you from cost overruns.

Simpler projects are  bid in one fixed-price stage.

We understand there will be requests for features that were not included in the original fixed price proposal. We may be able to accommodate some of these requests within the original fixed price, as long at they do not require an undue amount of additional effort. We also plan for a certain amount of fine-tuning as part of the development process.

We will happy to respond with a supplemental fixed price proposal for those features that cannot be accommodated in the original fixed price. All supplemental proposals will be logged into your Web account set up to manage your project. This gives you complete control of any changes to the project.
