Hourly Billing
Hourly billing is extremely flexible, you can set up different billing rates for different employees and even set up different rates for the same employee with different customers. Hourly billing is integrated with employee timecards and customer bills can be computed without reentering any data.
Workorder Billing
Workorder billing is allows businesses to bill for jobs that are scheduled and can be assigned to specific employees to complete. Workorder billing has all the flexibility of hourly billing (different billing and charge rates for different employees) plus tracking goods and material used in the execution of the workorder.
Workorders can be billed at a fixed price , by the hour or on a cost plus basis. You can track the progress of a workorder including actual costs vs budget and schedule. With workorder billing your business runs faster and smoother.
Project Billing
Project billing extends workorder billing to give you all the power of workorder billing plus the ability to define billable milestones. You can still include billable labor and goods and material used in the execution of the project.
Project Billing gives you a real-time view of the schedule and the difference between the cost and current billable amount for a project to show whether the project is on track or needs management attention.
While Project billing is not intended to replace project tracking tools like Microsoft Project™, however, it provides a unique top level view of the project and should be more than sufficient to track most small business projects without any additional software.
